Hey folks!

He is finally here! By God's grace and miracle, Uriah Yoo made his grand appearance at the Fair Oaks Hospital on September 8, 2007 around 1:20 AM. His mommy, daddy, grandma and auntie were there in the delivery room to welcome him into the Family. (grandpa was waiting out in the hallway.)

The labor was pretty quick and easy for being a firstborn. Mommy was on the hospital bed around 8 PM-- so it took around 6 hrs. He is 6 lbs and 12 oz and what a cutie he is!!! Friends who came to adore the new local celebrity said that he looks lot like mommy, but we'll have to wait some more since he is already growing so fast and he looks different every day! The family is now back at home resting. Everyone is healthy and very very happy. yay!

Unfortunately this auntie has no photos of her own-- she was busy taking pics w/ daddy's camera. He'll make the formal announcement soon.

I caved in.

hello facebook.
bitter-sweet.

I made fudge this morning.. w/ chocolate chips, marshmallow creme, vanilla extract...

...

but I forgot the recipe, so I winged it. BIG MISTAKE.

I forgot to put 3 cups of sugar. and
I didn't have butter, so I used.. olive oil.

2 major ingredients are missing from my sugarless fudge made with olive oil.  hmmm I wonder what it tastes like?
I wonder if it's like dark chocolate fudge... "South Beach Diet Fudge"? or would it just taste like a brick of crap?

[[edit]]:
ok. so it didn't taste that bad.  it's funny to see everyone bit freaked out before eating it. AHAHHAHAHA.  I even brought it to work.  hehehehe. It tastes like those dense brownies you can buy at school cafeteria.   yummmy.. (although there's a hint of olive oil taste at the end...)

I am holding off joining facebook.  But I think I am missing out.  Everyone is talking about how james put our college pics up, how miriam is talking to hyeyoung in Korea all the time, a random pic of me in a bikini (CRAP), blah blah..facebook this, facebook that... but i wanna see how long i can go against the majority. haha.  come on  xanga.  don't let me down.

7. Speeders can only drive 3 miles above the limit

8. DUI = JAIL   (Stays on your driving record for 10 years!)

9. All cell phone use must be "hands free" while driving .
Ticket is $285.00 .  They will be looking for this like crazy -
